Cardiff Action for the Single Homeless (C.A.S.H) is a registered charity comprising of a Day Centre, Emergency Bed Unit and supported houses offering support and resettlement in the Community. C.A.S.H. was founded to meet the needs of desperate people, who are not only homeless but often find themselves in a hopeless, despairing and isolated position, by providing an opportunity of Shelter and Sanctuary within an ethos of friendship and care so as to enable them to take the first steps in their rehabilitation. C.A.S.H. was formed in 1989 when the Cardiff Cyrenians were no longer able to provide Day Centre facilities for homeless people.
