There are definitely a few more “For Sale” & “Sold” Boards appearing in our lovely parish of Warfield hopefully meaning Spring is finally on its way and hopefully the nice warm weather too!
It’s so nice seeing people out and about tendering to their gardens which have been abandoned for the last 5/6 months as the weather has just been far too cold and miserable to even think about gardening!
When the weather is nice we love nothing more than taking our boys out for a walk. They are normally on their bikes or scooters whizzing around the streets and parks. It definitely makes a difference to the area you live in when everyone takes an interest in how the outside of their property looks.
It only takes a little bit of tidying up of your front garden or a lick of paint on the front door or garage door and it can really transform the outside of your house and help keep the price of your Warfield property up too!
Keeping the grass cut regularly and some nice flowering pots will brighten it all up too. Don’t forget to keep the back looking nice too especially if you spend lots of time in the garden.
With the nicer weather it certainly puts a smile on people’s faces and hopefully on the faces of the estate agents in Warfield too with the increasing number of boards that are starting to pop up.
