Cardiff Action for the Single Homeless (C.A.S.H) is a registered charity comprising of a Day Centre, Emergency Bed Unit and supported houses offering support and resettlement in the Community.

The Centre is located at the north of Cardiff Bay, Cardiff, Wales.

• 1948 – 1978 – Employed with East Moors Steel – Ending my employment there as a Transport Shift Manager
• 1958 – 1970 – Ran a small grocery shop Bedford Street
• County Councillor for 4 years
• 1970 – 1994 - Cardiff City Councillor
• 1986 – 1987 – Deputy Rt. Hon Lord Mayor
• 1988 – 1989 – Rt. Hon Lord Mayor
• Served on City Social Club committee for 34 years being its treasurer for 21 years.
